The Labor Security Supervision Brigade of SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone has taken a series of measures to guarantee effective, considerate resolution of labor disputes and foster harmonious labor relations.
By teaming up with other authorities such as human resources and social security departments and police offices in information sharing and joint inspections, the labor security supervision brigade has managed to immediately respond to complaints, track case progress in real time, conduct efficient risk warning and effectively protect employees’ rights and interests.
On the other hand, mediation organizations have been set up in enterprises, industrial clusters and commercial complexes to resolve labor disputes.
Moreover, the brigade has enhanced internal performance evaluation and personnel management to ensure discipline compliance and improve work efficiency, and organizes diverse events frequently to explain relevant policies and laws and regulations to enterprises and offer them guidance for labor relation management.
